Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 oz cream cheese or substitute
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 large tortillas (your choice)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix shredded chicken, garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella in a bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Lay out tortilla, add filling, and fold tightly.
4. Pan-toast or air fry until golden and crisp.
5. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Substitute cream cheese with cottage cheese, ricotta, or Greek yogurt.
Store filling separately if prepping ahead.
Air fryer method crisps wraps quickly without extra oil.
