A creamy, protein-rich one-skillet pasta made with garlic, parmesan, ground beef, and bowtie pasta. Quick, satisfying, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cups beef broth
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, and Italian seasoning.
- 3. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
- 4. Pour in beef broth and add uncooked bowtie pasta.
- 5. Cover and simmer for 7–9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Reduce heat to low, stir in parmesan cheese.
- 7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Add a splash of broth when reheating leftovers to maintain creaminess.
- Can be made with ground turkey or dairy-free cheese alternatives.
