Description

A cheesy, creamy comfort food classic with beef, Velveeta, and bowtie pasta, quick, satisfying, and family-friendly.

Ingredients

2.25 pounds ground beef

1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened

1 big block of Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained

1 box bowtie noodles (farfalle)

1 cup pasta water, reserved to thin the sauce

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup pasta water.

2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

3. Add cream cheese and Velveeta cubes to skillet. Stir until melted and smooth.

4. Stir in cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes until fully combined into a creamy sauce.

5. Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss. Use pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed. Serve hot.

Notes

Garnish with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. This dish is perfect for meal prep and reheats well.
