Description

Creamy high protein Ninja Creami ice cream using just protein shake and pudding mix. Low sugar, scoopable, and macro-friendly.

 
 
 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 14 oz protein shake (Fairlife or Premier)
  • 1 tbsp instant pudding mix (sugar-free vanilla or chocolate)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • Optional: splash of almond milk for texture
  • Optional mix-ins: crushed cookies, cocoa powder, peanut butter

Instructions

1. Add protein shake and pudding mix to Creami pint container.

2. Whisk until smooth using immersion blender or whisk.

3. Freeze flat for 24 hours.

4. Place frozen pint in Ninja Creami and spin on Lite Ice Cream setting.

5. If needed, re-spin once or twice until creamy.

6. Add mix-ins to the center hole, press Mix-In button.

7. Serve immediately or refreeze.


Notes

Use pudding mix or yogurt for creaminess.

Don’t fill past the pint line.

Add mix-ins only after first spin.
