Description

This high protein pistachio ice cream is creamy, nutty, and perfect for Ninja Creami lovers. Packed with over 30g protein per pint.


Ingredients

½ cup low-fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt

1 scoop pistachio or vanilla protein powder

½ cup almond milk or Fairlife milk

½ tsp pistachio or almond extract

Sweetener to taste

Optional green coloring or spinach powder


Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

2. Pour into Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours

3. Insert frozen pint into Ninja Creami and select ‘Lite Ice Cream’ mode

4. Re-spin once or twice for smooth texture

5. Serve immediately or store in freezer


Notes

Add a splash of milk before re-spin if crumbly

Customize with chocolate chips, vanilla swirl, or rosewater

Use a food processor method if you don’t have a Ninja Creami
