Description
This Ninja Creami high protein vanilla ice cream recipe is creamy, low in sugar, and rich in protein, perfect for a post-workout treat or guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
12 oz Fairlife or almond milk
¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1½ scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
Optional: stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to Ninja Creami pint container and mix thoroughly
2. Let the mixture rest uncovered for 5 minutes
3. Seal with lid and freeze flat for 20–24 hours
4. Remove from freezer and let sit 10 minutes or run warm water over sides
5. Spin using Lite Ice Cream setting
6. If crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp milk and Re-spin
7. Optional: add mix-ins and use Mix-In setting
Notes
Re-spin once or twice depending on texture preference
Best enjoyed immediately after spinning
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for an even creamier version
