1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz pasta (cavatappi or bowtie)
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1. Brown beef with onion in large pot.
2. Add garlic and butter; cook 1 minute.
3. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper.
4. Add pasta and beef broth; simmer 10 minutes.
5. Pour in cream and Parmesan; stir until creamy.
6. Simmer 3 more minutes. Serve hot.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
